This was a class project for a digital help authoring course at BCIT. With Adobe RoboHelp I generated a comprehensive and self-contained windows help file outlining optimal file management practices in Traktor 2 Pro, a music mixing program used by DJs. This was inspired by a conversation with a DJ manager regarding organizational difficulties his company had struggled with.
I built this help file after researching industry best practices, software capabilities and limitations, and preexisting help documentation. My professor at the time told me I should be hireable as a technical writer just from showing this project to a potential employer, and my first employer agreed. I've included it here for download even though I have grown significantly as a technical writer since then, and would approach some things differently.
